Spaces
What is the Templates space?
A space every firm gets for past decks and brand files, so Pitchcrow can match your house style.
Every organization gets a space called Templates. Pitchcrow makes it for you. You'll find it in Documents under Shared with your firm.
Templates is a space for Everyone at your firm. Everyone in your organization can open it and add to it.
What to put in it
- Past decks your firm is proud of, so Pitchcrow can copy their layouts, fonts, and colors.
- Brand files, like a logo pack or a style guide.
- Anything else every deal team should be able to use.
How Pitchcrow uses it
Pitchcrow studies the decks in Templates, and in any other space for Everyone at your firm, when it builds something new. It can do this from any space you work in.
Pitchcrow copies style from decks, not from uploaded PowerPoint files. So after you upload a past PowerPoint, turn it into a deck.
Pitchcrow can also search and read the files in these spaces, such as a brand guide.
Good to know
- No one can delete the Templates space, not even an organization admin.
- Organization admins can rename it. See Rename or delete a space.
- Anything you put here, everyone at your firm can see. Keep deal files in an invited-only space.
