Ask Pitchcrow to fix comments
Hand a reviewer's comments to Pitchcrow so it makes the changes and closes them out.
- Open the deck or sheet and click the comment you want fixed.
- Click Attach to chat, the speech bubble with an arrow at the top of the comment. The chat opens with the comment attached.
- Attach more comments the same way if you like.
- Type what you want, like "Fix these", and send it.
Pitchcrow reads each comment and makes the change. It can reply in the comment to explain what it did. When it's done with a comment, it marks it resolved.
You can also attach a comment from the Comments tab. Point at the comment and click Attach to chat.
To remove an attached comment before you send, click Remove attached comment on it.
Fix every open comment at once
You don't have to attach comments one by one. Pitchcrow can see every comment on the deck or sheet you have open. Ask it something like "Go through the open comments and fix them."
Good to know
- Only Admins and Editors can ask Pitchcrow to make changes. Viewers can still leave comments for someone else to hand off.
- Check Pitchcrow's work before you send the deck on. You can reopen any comment it resolved. See Leave, resolve, or delete a comment.
