Undo Pitchcrow's changes
Put a deck or sheet back the way it was before one of Pitchcrow's replies.
Everything Pitchcrow changes for one request can be undone together.
- In the Chat tab of the deck or sheet, hover over Pitchcrow's reply.
- Click the curved arrow under it, Revert changes.
- In Revert Pitchcrow's changes?, click Revert changes.
Everything that reply changed goes back to how it was before Pitchcrow started. Your other edits, and Pitchcrow's other replies, stay as they are.
If someone edited the same content after Pitchcrow, you'll see a warning that reverting will overwrite those edits too. Click Revert changes again to go ahead, or Cancel to keep them.
Revert from version history
Use this when the reply isn't in the chat anymore, for example after you edited an earlier message, or when the work came from a Home chat.
- Open the deck or sheet, and click History in the panel on the right.
- Hover over a change Pitchcrow made, and click Version actions.
- Choose Revert this run's changes, then click Revert changes.
What about regular undo?
Undo (CommandZCtrlZ) only takes back your own edits. It doesn't undo Pitchcrow's changes.
To go back further, restore an earlier version of the whole deck or sheet.
Good to know
- You can't revert while Pitchcrow is still working. Stop it first.
- Revert changes only shows in deck and sheet chats, not on Home.
- You need to be an Admin or Editor of the space.
