My trial ended. What now?
What the "Your trial has ended" screen means, and how to get back to your work.
When your firm's Pitchcrow trial ends, everyone in your organization sees a screen that says Your trial has ended instead of their work.
Your decks, sheets, and files are safe. They're still there when your access comes back.
To keep using Pitchcrow, contact your Pitchcrow representative. Once they turn your access back on, reload the page.
See when your trial ends
- Click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar, then Settings.
- Under Organization, click General.
- Look at Trial ends under Plan. If it isn't there, your firm isn't on a trial.
"This workspace is suspended"
This screen means Pitchcrow has paused access for your whole organization. Contact your Pitchcrow representative to find out why and to get access back.
